Welcome to www.destigmatize.org.uk. We are a new project of ANXIETY UK. We aim to provide information and support for sufferers of anxiety disorders mainly, but not exclusively, in the Asian population.

Anxiety Disorders account for much of the mental illness in the Asian Community. They are, however, the least well understood. If you are suffering from any type of anxiety disorder you will understand how little accessible information is available to the Asian Population.

In order to combat this, and help destigmatize mental health in the community, we have set up this multi-lingual website. Feel free to:
